Dark Matter
This hand painted artwork, Dark Matter, is from the series Genetic Stereotype; one hundred original paintings forming an installation of diagrammatic charts.
The paintings sample statistical information on behaviour, environment, life style, addiction, crime, politics and economic activity, where the data is ambiguous or contradictory. Referencing real life studies the paintings explore ways that purpose is ascribed to information and the roles we play in consuming and disseminating such information.
